The Path of Light Group and LaUna Huffines
Our work at Path of Light is based on a practical and contemporary approach to merge spiritual goals with the challenges of modern living. We believe that everyone, guided by the soul, can contribute to the enlightenment of planetary consciousness, regardless of religious or sectarian beliefs. We believe that all work, all relationships in any area are spiritual work when it takes one further than before. To us, all acts of positive intention are sacred acts.
LaUna Huffines is the founder of the Path of Light group. Her books, seminars, and audio mediations on CD are inspired by her inner teacher. She has been immersed in meditation, study, and service for forty years. She is a long-time student of the Tibetan Djwhal Khul's treatises as presented by A.A.Bailey. She also has a graduate degree in Psychology and Counseling, and a Ph.D. (all but dissertation) in East/West Religion, Philosophy and Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies. She taught creativity courses at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and at North Texas State University, appeared on television and radio for her first book with Harper/Collins Publishers, Connecting With All the People in Your Life and later in connection with her book Bridge of Light: Tools of Light for Spiritual Transformation for Simon&Schuster Publishers. LaUna has four sons and fifteen beautiful grandchildren. She presently lives in Ashland, Oregon.
