Bring Light into the World
1. Assist Humanity: Light workers are meditating for each other and for the world.
2. Great Mantrams: Select and say the great mantrams frequently. There is a tremendous spiritual energy in them.
3. Triangles of Light: Create or join a triangle of light and sound the Great Invocation with a focused intention to distribute light, love, and power to humanity. Each triangle does this brief meditation for humanity each day from their own homes.
