The following meditation is to extend your bridge of light to greater love.and to distribute soul love and divine love to others in ever widening spheres of energy.
Relax physically and emotionally so that your inner stillness is as calm as a lake at dawn reflecting everything above it.
Become mentally alert and poised.
Focus in the ajna center and align the threefold personality (mind, emotions, brain/body) by sounding the sacred word of OM.
Upon a line of light, withdraw your consciousness into the cave in the center of the head. At the same time identify as the Soul "I am the soul, the soul I am."
Bring a line of light upward through the head center. Become receptive to energies flowing to you from Hierarchial levels.
Project these energies outward through the ajna center to the mind and heart of humanity as you receive them.
Now lift the consciousness to the head center.
Visualize yourself as a sphere of blue-white Christ light.
Become receptive to the precipitating energies of Divine Love. Radiate these energies outward in an ever widening sphere of Light into humanity on mental, astral and etheric levels.
Repeat this statement:
As a unit of the One Life, I take my stand with all forces of Light and Love to serve the Divine Plan for humanity in this time and place. May Christ return to earth.
Move outward to the ajna center and sound the OM aloud.
For a few moments as the Soul within the personality, radiate Love to all the Heart to Heart group members. Visualize the group love with clear, lighted and glowing colors, and imagine the high, clear notes being sounded via the group in meditation.
Now relax and think about what you have done. Remember you are not working alone; you are drawing love from the group soul love with 75 units of consciousness adding to the lighted love of the group soul itself. You re also adding to the beauty and intensity of this love through meditation, reflection, and activating this potential for divine love out in the world around you.
