2007
We will merge the personality with the soul through divine love for the five days around the full moon of Gemini and hold our minds in the light as we make a group approach to the Great Ones. This great light can be reached as a group sincerely focused on aiding humanity. As the Great Ones bless the world, our role will be to absorb this electrical energy and, as a group, to transmit it to our fellow travelers on the Path of Light, to humanity, and to all life on earth. Solar Festival of Gemini Meditation
The following meditation is an opportunity for Humanity to invoke assistance from the Shining Teachers who guide Humanity. Each month a larger group of souls meets and meditates to bring light and love to humanity. Link up first with all the group members who are joining together to make a higher contact at this time.
Pour yourself out in love to all of them, realizing yourself as a part of the whole.
Feel the united focused spirit of this Wesak solar light meditation: Having linked up with all your group nenbers, raise your consciousness as high as you possibly can. Hold your mind unwaveringly "in the light," and let the brain consciousness drop below the level of consciousness. Imagine that your Master also stands steady, pouring out upon you His love and strength as he endeavors to lift the group into a higher state of consciousness. Visualise ahead of you a disk or sphere of indigo blue, a deep electric blue. In the centre of that disk imagine that your Master is standing. His appearance and personality are not important.
When you have visualised the Master standing waiting, imagine that you can see stretching
between yourself, the group and this Master, a band of golden light. Let this be the symbol of the Path we are all
treading. See this path gradually shortening, slowly and steadily bringing the group closer to the Master.
Visualize you and your group entering into the heart of the blue disk.
Hold your mind positive and attentive. This approach is always a united group effort. It is ineffecctive if you use it without including the entire group of disciples who are also meditating with this Master.
Sound aloud the Great Invocation. (You can
print out a beautiful copy of either version in advance.)
As you say the Great Invocation, visualize an emerging unity between all nations, all people.
Powerful energies are released within the human consciousness as many voices sound this prayer. This way the divine
Plan for Humanity is more accessible; right human relationships begin to form.
Distribute the light of this vast group out to five key planetary centers---New York, London,
Tokyo, Geneva, and Darjeeling.
THE GREAT INVOCATION
From the point of light within the mind of God,
let light stream forth into the human minds.
Let light descend on Earth.
From the point of love within the heart of God,
let love stream forth into the human hearts,
May Christ return to Earth.
From the center where the will of God is known
let purpose guide all the little human wills,
the purpose which the Masters know and serve.
From the center which we call the race of humanity,
let the Plan of Love and of Light work out,
and may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

The results of this work will assist in fusing and blending your soul with the
lilght of the Great Ones.
As you meditate at each full moon, it is useful to keep a record of each full moon experience.
Include all thoughts, ideas, inspirations, and visions that have come to you over the 5 day period of each
festival.

The following background
information about Gemini may be useful to understand how these Gemini energies can be used as a step on the
Path. This information is based on that given by the Tibetan Master D.K. in Esoteric Astrology.
The Gemini solar (full moon) festival is called World Invocation Day. It is the time of highest spiritual inspiration when the forces of enlightenment and reconstruction are let loose upon our planet, and impact directly all those individuals who are receptive to them. This is known as the World Invocation Day and also the Festival of Humanity. The focus is on humanity aspiring toward God or good, and seeking to align with the will of God or good. It is also on seeing humanity dedicated to right human relationships and recognizing its true spiritual nature. In the Gemini energies of the twins, the emerging unity between the eastern and western is symbolized for us. (Castor is the mortal human twin, and Pollox is immortal brother. This Gemini symbol stands for the importance of this unity. Mercury rules Gemini, and Mercury is known as the messenger of Gods for his mental agility, speed, rapidity of thought, constant and ceaseless movement. This energy helps us to handle the many conflicting forces that play upon our lives. Gemini provides the energy that can bring about a new state of balance between opposites. As we bring our personality under control of the soul, we transform our lives from being scattered into being a useful and vital server. In Gemini we can take a new step in rising above the oscillation between identifying as the soul and identifying as the personality. This is a major transition and worthy of our focused attention and observation throughout the solar energies in Gemini.We make these changes through perseverance, observing shifts from opposite emotions, opposite thoughts, and opposite actions. All of these create struggle and conflict. We feel sad; we feel happy. We feel creative and productive; we feel uncreative and unproductive. We love; we hate. We are attracted to something one day; the next week we may have no interest in it. When we focus on the middle path, the razor-edged path, we can walk this path, veering not to the left or right. As we find a middle path between opposites, the tension that the opposites created is dissipated. It takes conscious will to change the course of our evolution. We have been encased in material form for a long time. By focusing on bringing the soul and spiritual presence into each situation and each thought, we can create major changes in our consciousness. As our soul gains more influence in our lives, we temporarily may experience greater conflict than before. We feel the pull of the soul and its inclusive love, and we feel the pull of our personality and its non-inclusive love. The key is to look straight ahead and avoid the peaks and the valleys that once distracted us. We thus establish a stable even temperament so that the spiritual forces can transform our lives and release us from tossing back and forth between the opposites in life. Under the influence of the soul, a higher receptivity to the soul's energies begins to unfold. We begin to sense the reality of the higher self. Our contact with the soul creates an intense desire to learn and study along metaphysical lines. This spiritual contact also leads us to a new sense of direction in our personal lives. Divine will begins to influence us. We feel determined to love more deeply, and to dedicate our love to service rather than to personal concerns. We merge and blend our personalities with the universal. The sense of separation that characterized our lives begins to dissolve. Sometimes we experience the feeling of fullness, expansion, oneness and universal love. Such experience comes to us when the warring forces of the personality are temporary evaded and we stand inwardly free. Then the creative energies of the soul are given spontaneous expression and we live our lives in service to others. It is as if for a brief period of time, the clouds that hid a clear contact are gone, and we stand unshielded before the light and power of the soul. The familiar sense of duality gives place to the experience of unity and a conscious merging between the pairs of opposites. We realize we are moving forward. We understand that the way is long, and marked at each stage by an expanded ability to serve. We realize the dominance of the soul aspect and allow the personality to take a back seat.
